Everything was nice, excellent location really close to main north south artery in front of the northern corner of the big Temple, Kyoto, and a nice, quiet area, really nice experience. Staff were thoughtful, room was new-fashioned and huge with fridge. It met all required needs...

The general areas were well-maintained and clean, perfect for a senior like me to relax and unwind. The hotel's accessibility was also commendable. Being located in a residential area meant it was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel's proximity to essential bus stops made it convenient for me to navigate Kyoto and explore its beautiful sights.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the children working there. Sometimes, as a senior traveler, I could have used some extra help with my luggage or getting information about the local attractions.

We were very happy with our stay at Karasuma Rokujo. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Kyoto station and downtown area. The subway station nearby made it easy to explore the city. There were plenty of stores and restaurants close by, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and new. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bedding and a spacious layout. We also enjoyed the view from the balconies. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at Karasuma Rokujo Hotel.

Always stay at my fave hotel in Kyoto! They get me with late check out. It has all I need - free Wi-Fi, laundry, flat-screen TV, lift. Express check-in/ -out rocks. No pets, no smoking. Happy Easter - will be back! #loyalcustomer
